For purchases made through my Etsy Shop, returns are accepted within 7 days in accordance with Etsy’s platform policies. Please note that Etsy prices are typically 10% higher to cover their added fees and return requirements

Yes. Every piece in The Heirloom Hunt is carefully sourced, tested, and described as accurately as possible. I do not sell replicas. Metals are checked for purity, and gemstones are described based on careful visual inspection and, when available, professional reports.

Orders are typically shipped within 2 business days. I’ll always do my best to send your order sooner.
Once your package is on the way, you’ll receive tracking information so you can follow it to your door.

Not at this time. Many vintage rings are delicate, and resizing can compromise the integrity of the piece. I recommend working with a trusted local jeweler if you need a ring resized.

Most vintage and antique pieces do not come with formal appraisals unless noted. However, I do provide detailed descriptions and test metals and stones when possible. If a piece has been independently appraised, it will be clearly mentioned in the listing.
